Q: What are your candles made of?
A: Second Home Premium Container Candles are made with 100% soy wax with no additives added to ensure our customer has the best experience when burning our candle without the concern of their health and safety.
Q: How long do your candles last?
A: Each Second Home Premium Container Candle contains 200g of soy wax, with the right condition, it will last for 40-50 hours.
Q: Why does your candle leave a rough surface after burn when it is smooth when I bought it?
A: Rough surface is a common problem when using soy wax, it is a natural phenomenon and there is nothing to worry about. In fact this is one of the ways to identify the use of 100% soy wax. Rough surface on a newly purchased candle is not aesthetically pleasing, that is why Second Home has spent a tremendous amount of time to overcome this problem during our manufacturing process to bring our customers the best experience possible.
Q: Where do you source your fragrance oils and are they safe to use?
A: We sourced our fragrance oils mainly from US and South Korea. All fragrance oils we use are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified with MSDS. They are pet and pregnant customers friendly.

Keep your candle in a dry place to prevent the candle from absorbing excess moisture.
Q: What material is your wood wick?
A: The material we use on our wooden wicks is American Cherry Wood. Due ply wooden wicks are used in our candles to ensure the best burning experience.
